1. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am AWST on 1 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to persons who, at the time of entry:

• Are 18 years or older;
• Are residents of Western Australia;
• Own at least one residential property located in Dunsborough and surrounding suburbs; and
• Complete a valid property appraisal with a Jennings Hopkins representative during the Promotion Period.

The following persons are not eligible:

• Directors, officers, management, employees and immediate family members of the Promoter;
• Any contractors directly associated with administering this promotion.

3. How to Enter

To receive a Qualifying Appraisal Entry, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:

1. Book and complete a free, no-obligation property appraisal with Jennings Hopkins.

Each completed appraisal = 1 entry.

No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.

4. Bonus Entries

Bonus entries are awarded as follows:

• 1 additional entry for each successful referral that completes a qualifying appraisal.
• 3 additional entries if the entrant lists their property for sale with Jennings Hopkins after completing the appraisal.

5. Entry Limits

• Maximum 1 appraisal entry per residential property.
• Maximum 1 listing entry per residential property.
• Multiple entries are permitted only where separate qualifying actions occur.

6. Prize Details

• 1 × Cash Prize of $10,000 AUD
• Paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
• The prize is:
  • Not transferable
  • Not exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for goods or services

The Promoter may request proof of:

• Identity
• Age
• Property ownership
  before awarding the prize.

7. Prize Draw

• Date: Friday 6 March 2026
• Time: 10:00am AWST
• Location: Jennings Hopkins Office, Dunsborough WA
• The draw will be conducted randomly.

8. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified via phone and email within 3 business days.
• The winner’s first name, suburb and/or postcode may be published on Jennings Hopkins’ website and social media.

9. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification:

• A redraw will take place at the same location on 20 March 2026 at 10:00am AWST.
• The redraw winner will be notified within 3 business days.
• The redraw winner must claim within 7 days.

10. Publicity & Marketing

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

• Participate in reasonable promotional activity;
• Allow use of their first name, suburb, image and appraisal story for promotional purposes (print, digital and social media);
• This consent may be withdrawn in writing.

11. Verification & Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify eligibility at any time;
• Disqualify any entrant who:
  • Submits false information;
  • Tampers with the entry process;
  • Engages in unlawful or improper conduct.

12. Prize Conditions

• The prize must be accepted as awarded.
• No compensation will be provided if the winner is unable to use the prize.
• The Promoter is not responsible for:
  • Tax implications;
  • Bank processing delays;
  • Any personal expenses incurred.

13. Force Majeure

If the Promotion cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond control (system failure, fraud, legal requirement, etc.), the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to regulatory approval.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from participation or acceptance of the prize.
• This does not exclude statutory consumer guarantees under Australian law.

15. Privacy

• All personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
• Information may be disclosed to:
  • Regulatory authorities
  • Prize fulfilment providers
• Privacy Policy available upon request.

16. Complaints

All complaints must be submitted in writing to: info@jenningshopkins.com.au. The Promoter’s decision will be final.
