Winter Management Offer – Terms & Conditions
The Jennings Hopkins Property Management Winter Offer is available to eligible new property management clients from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026.
To qualify, owners must enter into a new management agreement with Jennings Hopkins by 1 September 2026 at Jennings Hopkins’ standard fees and charges.
Eligible new clients will receive:
- Three (3) months free management fees, commencing from the date the management agreement is signed;
- One (1) complimentary standard professional photography session, delivered by a Jennings Hopkins-appointed contractor; and
- A complimentary rental appraisal and property strategy consultation, provided by Jennings Hopkins.
The offer applies to the property management fee only and does not include or cover any additional costs or charges, including but not limited to maintenance, advertising, lease preparation, inspection fees or any third-party supplier costs.
This offer is available to new property management clients only and excludes all existing Jennings Hopkins property management clients and properties currently under Jennings Hopkins management, including renewals, lease extensions or continuation of an existing management arrangement.
The offer applies only where the owner enters into a management agreement at Jennings Hopkins’ standard fees and charges. Where discounted fees, reduced letting fees or any alternative pricing arrangement are negotiated, this offer will not apply unless otherwise agreed in writing by Jennings Hopkins.
Eligibility is subject to the property being suitable for management by Jennings Hopkins and located within Jennings Hopkins’ service area.
Existing Client Winter Benefits
As a thank you to current Jennings Hopkins property management clients, eligible existing clients may also access the following during the promotional period:
- A complimentary winter property review, including a sales and/or rental appraisal;
- A complimentary property strategy consultation;
- Complimentary photography updates, where applicable and at Jennings Hopkins’ discretion;
- Access to the Jennings Hopkins Referral Rewards Program; and
- Entry into a draw to win three (3) months free management fees when renewing or entering into a management agreement for a period of two (2) years during the promotional period.
The prize draw for existing clients is valid for one (1) existing client only. The winner will be selected by Jennings Hopkins following the close of the promotional period and contacted directly. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or special offer.
