Referral Rewards Program T&Cs
The Referral Rewards Program rewards current clients and community members who refer new property opportunities to Jennings Hopkins.
A referral is deemed valid when:
- The referee (the person being referred) completes an appraisal or listing appointment with a Jennings Hopkins sales or property management representative; and
- The property subsequently sells and settles through Jennings Hopkins; OR,
- The property subsequently leases with Jennings Hopkins as the managing agent.
Eligibility
Referrers must:
- Be an Australian resident;
- Submit the referral prior to contact between the referee and Jennings Hopkins;
- Referees (the referred clients) must be new to Jennings Hopkins, with no existing listing agreement or prior negotiations in place.
Referral Rewards Breakdown
Rewards are allocated per unique referee who successfully settles a property sale or leases a property with Jennings Hopkins.
Referrals are tiered, with increasing rewards for the referrer starting from $1,000 for sales referrals, and various gift vouchers of increasing value for property management referrals. Rewards increase per referral and are uncapped. For more information on reward tiers, please contact the Jennings Hopkins team.
Rewards for the referee including free or discounted marketing elements or packages, invitations to exclusive Jennings Hopkins events, and more.
Conditions
- Referrals must be submitted via the official Jennings Hopkins referral form, email, or directly with a Jennings Hopkins salesperson before initial contact with the referee.
- Rewards are issued only once the referred listing has settled.
- Multiple referrals are permitted but must be separate clients.
- Jennings Hopkins reserves the right to verify referrer/referee relationships and decline invalid referrals.
- Marketing discounts available to referees are determined by the Jennings Hopkins Marketing Team and may vary based on listing requirements.
- Jennings Hopkins may amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.
- Information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Jennings Hopkins Privacy Policy.
- All decisions made by Jennings Hopkins in relation to eligibility, compliance, and awarding are final.
